  • I’d like to talk about some foods that can both prevent and sabotage muscle gain today. Certain foods promote muscle growth, while others can be detrimental to your gains and even cause health problems if consumed frequently. Certain foods should be avoided if you want to gain muscle, lose weight, or stay fit.
  • Any type of sweets with high sugar and fat content.

I only recommend sweets after workout and also sometimes after meals as a desert as long as it is something fresh and natural.

  • Oily and fried foods

Excess can damage liver and has a negative impact on digestion and energy.

  • Ketchup and Mayonnaise

Avoid at all costs. Instead use natural condiments and natural sauces.

  • Low quality Pizza

As long as it is quality pizza with digestion friendly dough and freshly baked, it is okay to eat once in a whie. But Low quality pizza in excess can prevent and harm your gains.

  • Alcohol

We all know the negative effects of alcohol for health in general. It is something you wanna avoid if you want to keep your testosterone in good levels and organs functioning well.

  • Frozen Bagels

Freshly baked bagels are ok, but frozen bagels with additives is a big no for health and for digestion.

Basically limit or avoid processed food in general.

Instead use something natural.

Avoid dry meat at all cost as it harms your digestion and decreases stomach acid. Always aim for juicy and quality meat.

If you are going to eat bread eat quality ones sometimes. Low quality bread can weaken your digestion, causes bloating, acid reflux, fogginess, and even depression.
